From the Fall of Adam and Eve to the lifting up of the Brazen Serpent, the stories of the Pentateuch reveal the great drama of man's fall and God's plan for his salvation. Through magnificent biblical illustrations, this little book introduces children to some of the extraordinary events and figures that prepare the way for Christ.
In the first volume of our Bible Stories for Baby Hands collection, children encounter Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel, the Sacrifice of Isaac, Jacob wrestling with the Angel, Moses and the Israelites overcoming the Amalekites, and the Brazen Serpent.
Each richly detailed illustration tells its own story, inviting parents to point out the action to even the youngest children; then brief quotations from Scripture beneath the pictures and fuller narratives on the facing pages offer more to discover as children grow. And the sturdy board book format ensures that these treasures can be enjoyed for years to come!
