Payment
We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal, personal check or money order for all orders. Payment must be received before your items can be shipped, so keep this in mind if paying by check or money order. Orders not paid within 14 days may be canceled.
Customer Pickup
We used to allow this as an option; however, we recently found it necessary to switch over all our order fulfillment to a warehouse, as we no longer had the space available for our growing list of books or the workforce necessary to keep up with the demand. So unfortunately we no longer have the books on our premises and we regret that we cannot offer this convenience to our customers. We apologize.
Shipping
Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only; we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the stated time frame, especially since those estimates do not include the time required to prepare your order for shipment, which will add at least a day, sometimes more near weekends or holidays, or during the busy Christmas season. Please plan accordingly.
We offer USPS Media Mail as an economical method for shipping smaller orders. This typically takes 2-12 business days to arrive. However, please note that in recent years, the USPS has declined in reliability and Media Mail is not insured. In rare instances, we have seen orders take up to a month to arrive. We can no longer afford to replace damaged or lost items shipped via this method.
If your order must arrive by a certain date, shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days) is faster and is insured against loss or damage, but do be aware that it is no longer guaranteed to arrive within 3 days as it once was. We recommend UPS or FedEx 2 day or Next Day Air if your delivery is crucial.
We also recommend UPS or Fedex for larger orders, as these are more reliable and often less expensive for heavier shipments.
If you choose UPS or Fedex 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air, we strongly recommend that you contact us, as, unlike big online merchants, we do not have someone monitoring the orders 24/7 as they come in. For your own peace of mind, alert us to your needs and we will do our best to meet them.
To estimate the shipping cost for any of these methods, simply place the desired items in your cart. Choose the option to view your cart, where you will find a button that says, "estimate shipping and tax." Click this link and enter your location details to see the various shipping options and costs available.

We do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible, but occasionally family has to come first. If it absolutely has to be there by a specific date, be sure to contact us and let us know so that we can be sure to do what is necessary to meet your needs.
International Shipping
We do ship to most countries, however, there are a few things we would like our international customers to note:
1. We offer a low-cost option for international shipments: USPS First Class Package International. This can save you money, but please be aware that it is dependent upon the mail service in the country of its destination. This method can take anywhere from 7 to 22 business days--or significantly more in some instances. Moreover, it can not be tracked once it leaves the US. For this reason, we caution our customers to consider the reliability of the mail service in their country and choose this option at their own risk. We can not be responsible for lost or undelivered shipments.
2. For most countries, we offer a fixed rate shipping option which uses USPS Priority Mail International, as well as options for UPS, Fedex and DHL. These are usually more costly than First Class; however, they are far more reliable and usually arrive within 2-10 days.
3. Of course, all International shipments are subject to customs and import duties upon arrival in the country of destination. In addition, private services like Fedex and UPS have been known to charge brokerage fees. We have negotiated rates for UPS Standard to Canada, however, we do not currently have a way of estimating most of these costs beforehand. The customer is responsible for any costs due at time of delivery. Orders that are refused due to these fees cannot be refunded unless they are returned to us in saleable condition. Original shipping cost will not be refunded in such instances, and any additional costs associated with the return of the package to us, will be deducted from your refund.
4. At present, due to the current vat tax scheme in the UK, we have had to place restrictions on orders being placed to be shipped to addresses in the UK. We apologize for this inconvenience, but unfortunately, we have neither the time nor the resources to become tax collectors for a foreign government. Therefore, only orders over £135 can be placed going to UK addresses. Because the exchange rate fluctuates, and our prices are in USD, it is tricky to accurately set this limit. We have currently chosen to set the threshold for orders destined for the UK at USD $180.
Bear in mind that our UK customers can order our books from Cenacle House, and if they don’t carry what you are looking for, contact them and ask!
Customer Service
Because we are a small family apostolate, we are not able to provide phone service. However, we are sensitive to your needs, and if you send us an e-mail with your concerns, we will be happy to respond as soon as possible.
Return Policy
As a small family business, we simply do not have enough "cushion" to allow us to accept returns unless there has been an error on our end, nor can we pay for return shipping.
We do our best to check all of our products and package them carefully before shipping them to you; however, it may occasionally occur that we will make a mistake or your order may be damaged after it leaves our hands. If you do happen to receive the wrong product, or items are missing or damaged (except when shipped via Media Mail), please let us know within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
