Payment

We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal or personal check for all orders. Payment must be received before your items can be shipped, so keep this in mind if paying by check.  If you choose the free pickup option, you may also pay cash when you come to pick up your items.  Orders not paid within 14 days may be canceled.

 

Customer Pickup

We do not have a physical store with regular business hours but we are happy to work with you as a courtesy, to save you money on shipping.  However, we ask that you understand that we can not afford to operate a free delivery service.  We will not contact you.  You are 100% responsible for making arrangements to pick up your order.  Contact us to make these arrangements.  Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled.

 

Shipping

We recommend USPS Media Mail for standard shipping.  This typically takes 2-12 business days to arrive.

Express shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 days) is also available if you need it faster. 

For larger orders, we recommend UPS or Fedex, as it is more reliable and often less expensive for heavier shipments. 

We also offer UPS and Fedex 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air; however, we strongly recommend that you contact us if you choose one of these options, as, unlike big online merchants, we do not have someone monitoring the orders 24/7 as they come in.  For your own peace of mind, alert us to your needs and we will do our best to meet them.

To estimate the shipping cost for any of these methods, simply place the desired items in your cart.  Choose the option to view your cart, where you will find a button that says, "estimate shipping and tax."  Click this link and enter your location details to see the various shipping options and costs available.

We do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible, but occasionally family has to come first.  If it absolutely has to be there by a specific date, be sure to contact us and let us know so that we can be sure to do what is necessary to meet your needs.

 

International Shipping

We do ship to most countries, however, there are a few things we would like our international customers to note:

1. We offer a low-cost option for international shipments: USPS First Class Package International.  This can save you money, but please be aware that it is dependent upon the mail service in the country of its destination.  This method can take anywhere from 7 to 22 business days--or significantly more in some instances.  Moreover, it can not be tracked once it leaves the US.  For this reason, we caution our customers to consider the reliability of the mail service in their country and choose this option at their own risk.  We can not be responsible for lost or undelivered shipments.

2. For most countries, we offer a fixed rate shipping option which uses USPS Priority Mail International, as well as options for UPS, Fedex and DHL.  These are usually more costly than First Class; however, they are far more reliable and usually arrive within 2-10 days. 

3. Of course, all International shipments are subject to customs and import duties upon arrival in the country of destination.  In addition, private services like Fedex and UPS have been known to charge brokerage fees.  We have negotiated rates for UPS Standard to Canada, however, we do not currently have a way of estimating most of these costs beforehand.  The customer is responsible for any costs due at time of delivery.  Orders that are refused due to these fees cannot be refunded unless they are returned to us in saleable condition.   Original shipping cost will not be refunded in such instances, and any additional costs associated with the return of the package to us, will be deducted from your refund.

 

Customer Service

Because we are a small family apostolate, we are not able to provide 24/7 phone service. However, we are sensitive to your needs, and if you send us an e-mail with your concerns, we will be happy to respond as soon as possible.

 

Return Policy

As a small family business, we simply do not have enough "cushion" to allow us to accept returns unless there has been an error on our end, nor can we pay for return shipping.

We do our best to check all of our products and package them carefully before shipping them to you; however, it may occasionally occur that we will make a mistake or your order may be damaged after it leaves our hands. If you do happen to receive the wrong product, or items are missing or damaged, please let us know within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  Thank you for understanding.
